BETT 2008
During the first week of term I was in London, attending the BETT Show – the world’s largest education technology event. There were over 600 exhibitors, 28,000 visitors and hundreds of demonstrations. There were loads of really cool gadgets being demonstrated and some fabulous new software – some of which will be in school from September. I also attended several seminars which were run by some of the UKs top names in education. ICT in education is moving really fast, but I was very pleased to discover we are well up there with some of the best Primary schools.
